Bill Yuill is Chairman and CEO of The Monarch Corporation, a private investment company with corporate offices in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. The Company has four active divisions related to transportation, real estate, sports properties and investment portfolios.

Since 1977 the sports property division, CSH International Inc., has owned and operated numerous sports franchises in various leagues in both the USA and Canada. Beginning with a franchise in Medicine Hat, Alberta (Pioneer League of Professional Baseball and affiliate of the Oakland ‘A’s, and then the Toronto Blue Jays), the company expanded to include franchises in Florence, South Carolina (Toronto Blue Jays, A), Ft. Myers Florida (Kansas City Royals, A), Chattanooga, Tennessee (Seattle Mariners, AA), Tucson, Arizona (Houston Astros AAA), Fresno, California (San Francisco Giants, A). The Company then moved on to joining a semi professional basketball league, the World Basketball League, with the Las Vegas Silver Streaks. In 1989, the Company acquired a franchise in the Western Hockey League, the Seattle Thunderbirds and subsequently (2002) moved to establishing an expansion WHL franchise in Everett, Washington (Silvertips). In addition to the Silvertips, the Company currently operates the Central Illinois Flying Aces of the United States Hockey League, the Amarillo Bulls of the North American Hockey League, the North Iowa Bulls of the North American Tier III Hockey League, and has an interest in the Peoria Rivermen of the Southern Professional Hockey League.

CSH International, Inc., operates the Medford Rogues and has interests in the Marysville Gold Sox, Chico Heat and the Yuba City Bears, summer collegiate baseball teams in the Great West League and a golf property in Peoria, Arizona.

Bill presently is a Director of two Canadian public companies – Shaw Communications Inc., Calgary, Alberta and The Western Investment Company of Canada, High River, Alberta.  He serves as a Director of McKenzie Meadows Golf Club, is a member of the Foundation of St. Andrew’s College in Aurora, Ontario and serves as a Governor of the Western Hockey League.

Mr. Yuill received the Milner Fenerty Pinnacle Award in 1995, the Queen Elizabeth Golden Jubilee Medal in 2003 and the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013. In 2006 he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Lethbridge, in 2016 was inducted into The Alberta Order of Excellence, in 2017 was awarded an Honorary Applied Degree from the Medicine Hat College and will be inducted into the Calgary Business Hall of Fame in October 2017.

He is a graduate of the Young President’s Organization, Alberta Chapter and is a member and past chairman of the World President’s Organization, Alberta Chapter.

Bill has been involved in community organizations including the Medicine Hat College Foundation, the Medicine Hat and District United Way and the Medicine Hat Family YMCA.  He also served on the Alberta Economic Development Authority.

Zoran Rajcic was named Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Sports Holdings (CSH) International, Inc on July 14, 2016.

He has been a central member of the Silvertips organization since the club’s inception in 2002.  Always a driving force behind the team’s front office success; his performance was recognized in 2010 with the WHL Marketing/Business Award.

He was promoted from Director of Business Operations to Assistant General Manager in October 2011 and added the title of Executive Vice President in July 2012.


Rajcic’s primary responsibilities with the Silvertips revolved around the business and marketing affairs of the club, which have been among the strongest in the WHL over the past 13 seasons.  His direction has helped the Silvertips draw over two million fans to XFINITY Arena and build a strong community presence throughout Everett and its surrounding communities. 


Hailing from Lethbridge, Alberta, Rajcic is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a major in Marketing. Upon graduation, Rajcic was named the school’s Director of Athletic Marketing and was recognized by the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators as the Marketer of the Year in 2000.

Prior to his work in Everett, Rajcic spent three years with the Baton Rouge Kingfish of the ECHL, serving as the Director of Corporate Sales for one season before being promoted to Vice-President / General Manager during his second season.

Mike was promoted to Vice-President Business and Baseball Operations for Consolidated Sports Holdings in the summer of 2016. 


He was the original Silvertip employee back in May 2002 where he was responsible for the initial setup of the organization.  From 2002 through 2016 he served as the team’s Director of Marketing/Corporate Sales.

From 1997-2000, Mike worked with the Seattle Seahawks in both their ticket department and marketing/sponsorship department, where he won numerous awards as a top sales performer. The Washington State University graduate has also done work with Cougar Athletics, Football Northwest, and Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association.

Mike was also an Assistant Baseball Coach at Everett CC (2006-2007) and at Edmonds CC (2010-2013), during his time he work with several players who would sign professional contracts including two players who played in the major leagues. 

He was the NWAACC USA General Manager / Associate Head Coach at the 2013 World Baseball Challenge in Prince George, BC where the team won the Bronze medal.  Also since 2010, he has coached with the Everett Merchants (summer collegiate team in the Pacific International League) and in 2011 he was elected PIL President.  While with the Merchants they have competed in the National Baseball Congress World Series (2010, 2014) and in the 2012 Mid Night Sun Game.

Jaimi was promoted to Director, Finance and Administrative Services for Consolidated Sports Holdings in the summer of 2016. 


Prior to working with CSH, she worked as the Administrative Assistant for the Everett Silvertips (2011 – 2016).  During her time with the Silvertips, Jaimi showed a talent for finance, taking on several finance-related roles assisting several CSH properties, which ultimately lead to her promotion to the CSH corporate office.

Prior to joining the Silvertips, Jaimi was the Administration and Hospitality Coordinator for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League, where she was responsible for financial, project, and game day hospitality management.


Jaimi graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2008 and also holds an Associate of Arts in Business from Everett Community College.
